Should we bring Bobu to Nifty Island?
Nifty Island is a new game world where web3 communities come together to build, play, and compete for thrilling rewards. Our proposal envisions a dedicated island for Bobu holders on Nifty Island, fostering a communal gaming and collaboration experience. By integrating into Nifty Island, Bobu holders will also benefit from Nifty Island's Play-to-Airdrop campaign, gaining an airdrop multiplier to farm their upcoming $ISLAND tokens while playing and sharing the game. This initiative not only promises to enhance community engagement within the Bobu ecosystem but also aims to draw new interest from across the web3 space, enriching the value and appeal of Bobu in the process.
The Nifty Island team is composed of life long gamers, crypto enthusiasts, and artists. The Nifty Island team has been involved in the creation of novel applications in the web3 and NFT space since 2018, bringing decades of experience across the gaming and tech industries including experience in leading roles at companies like Amazon, MetaMask and OpenSea.

Our team is asking for limited commercial use of Bobu’s IP to create a fully playable avatar within Nifty Island that is token-gated for Bobu holders to play as. As well, the we may use the Bobu avatar along with other avatars (i.e., Azuki and Beans avatars) within content for the duration of our Play-to-Airdrop campaign.
Our team would like to use the character/IP for the duration of the Play-to-Airdrop campaign, at which point will leave the option to the Chiru Labs team the option to remove the asset from the game at any point moving forward.
Nifty Island has seen demand from the Bobu community and would like to offer the community a fun experience to run around islands propagating Bobu’s IP across the web3 space. Along with the ability to participate in the Play-to-Airdrop campaign for the Bobu community, as well as other quests and competitions with real NFT and crypto rewards.
We’re not asking for any Treasury funds. However, if the community would like to work with our recognized super island builders (not affiliated with Nifty Island), they could contract them to build out a hub island for Bobu holders.
